The process of coaching centers around you, and what you want to achieve.  My role as the coach is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore what's most important; to empower you in identifying what needs to happen to get where you want to go; and to support you along the way while you do those things and learn the skills needed to level up.

I love working with anyone who is navigating change or tackling big goals and I'm especially passionate about working with men on redefining masculinity.
